The Ledger: How I'm Stacking the Paze $10 Off Deal for $300 in Free Coffee, Beauty & Snacks

While scrolling Instagram during late-night bedtime duty, I caught a post about a deal that almost sounded too good to be true: Paze is offering $10 off $10+, repeatable up to 10 times PER eligible credit or debit card!

After doing a quick search through my go-to deal sites (like Doctor of Credit and Free Stuff Finder), I confirmed it's 100% legit. I checked my wallet (or you can activate Paze use within your banking or credit card app), and 3 of my cards are eligible (my Capital One, Chase Sapphire Preferred, and debit card). That means I have up to 30 transactions / $300 in total value to capture before the promotion ends on September 10th.

I'm kicking myself for letting this sit on my "to-check" list all summer, but I’m jumping in now to maximize every single redemption. AND one important thing to note: this is a big-screen (read COMPUTER) task. I'm sure it can all be done on the phone via a browser, but I did not verify within all the apps, AND I wanted to get my cashback app credit as well - all those extensions on my computer browser. Find those extensions, cashback apps and referral options here.

How the Paze Deal Works

  1. The Math: Spend $10 or more in a single online transaction using Paze checkout. Get a $10 statement credit back on your card.

  2. Card Limit: Valid up to 10 times per card

  3. Verification: When checking out online, select "Checkout with Paze". You’ll see a green badge that explicitly says "Spend $10, get $10 back" under each eligible card in your wallet. If you don't see that green banner, don't make the purchase - it won't be verified and payable.

  4. Merchant Roster: Participating merchants include Dunkin', Sephora, GNC, Domino's, Little Caesars, Fanatics, StubHub, and more.

My Playbook: Testing & Stacking the Best Redemptions

I trialed Sephora first. After logging into my account, I found some hanitizer (my fav made-up word of the boys when they were little - hand sanitizer) for $10, threw in my samples, activated Rakuten, and chose ship to home. I'll check back in around 3-5 days from now to see if the credit has hit. I'll be trialing Dunkin' Donuts with the boys tomorrow as a fun (and hopefully free) way to lighten transition day - this will be with snacks, and if it works then as my stockup for coffee.

1. Sephora (The Triple Stack)

  • The Strategy: Set your store location to search for $10 items (like travel hand sanitizers, mini mascaras, or dry shampoos) if you have a physical store close by -OR-

  • Free Shipping Hack: Join Sephora Beauty Insider (free) to unlock free shipping on all orders. This means you can order online-only items—not just store pickup!

  • The Extra Stack:

    1. Go through Rakuten (or check Cashback Monitor) for 2% back (I made a purchase today with 12% back).

    2. Add 2 free samples at checkout.

    3. Pay with Paze to trigger the $10 statement credit.

2. Dunkin' Donuts (Whole Bean Coffee Stack)

  • The Math: Dunkin has whole-bean coffee bags for $9.99.

  • The Trick: To trigger the statement credit, the total must clear $10.00 exactly. TN taxes are enough to cross that threshold. After the $10 statement credit, each bag costs around $0.61 out-of-pocket.

  • The Goal: Stocking up on fresh-ground coffee bags to last through fall.

3. GNC & Quick Eats

  • GNC: Stocking up on individual protein shakes and bars to keep in the car for post-workout fuel. This was tricky for me, and I didn't find a whole lot of individual items that I could grab for free, and I'm already stocked up on the higher-ticket items.

  • Little Caesars / Domino's: Canned/bottled drinks, wings, or quick sides for busy baseball nights.

Extra Credit Stacks to Watch Out For

  • Chase 10x Points Double-Dip: If you're using an eligible Chase card (like the Chase Sapphire Preferred), Chase is offering an additional 10x Ultimate Rewards points on Paze checkout transactions alongside the $10 credit!

  • Shopping Portals: Always check Cashback Monitor before checking out at Sephora, GNC, or Fanatics to stack portal cashback on top of your statement credit.
